Team Health Monitor Engagement

I developed my team health monitor from the ground up. This engagement is with a team of up to 10 individuals to go through a charter, recurring health monitor assessments, and continuing education and growth. General engagements last a year long with an upfront charter session of 4 hours and touch points once-a-month thereafter.

StrengthsFinder Overview

This is a 2 hour session describing what StrengthsFinder is, how to take advantage of it, and what the power of strengths is. Additionally we will look at how to roll out strengths across an organization.

Team StrengthsFinder Matrix

Each member on the team receives their own StrengthsFinder assessment and the team gets a matrix of the top 10 strengths mapped for all members of the team. This session gives a great dive into strengths and talks about how to leverage team members skill sets and passions to execute most effectively.

Adam was pivotal for building and maintaining high performing teams within our R&D organization. The hardest part of being on the team is communication and getting through the storming phase. Adam focused on our teams by facilitating Team Charters, Team Health Monitors and various team building activities. The Team Health Monitors gave the team a six month pulse check and helped to resolve any issues that might have been festering.
