Team Health Monitor Engagement
I developed my team health monitor from the ground up. This engagement is with a team of up to 10 individuals to go through a charter, recurring health monitor assessments, and continuing education and growth. General engagements last a year long with an upfront charter session of 4 hours and touch points once-a-month thereafter.
StrengthsFinder Overview
This is a 2 hour session describing what StrengthsFinder is, how to take advantage of it, and what the power of strengths is. Additionally we will look at how to roll out strengths across an organization.
Team StrengthsFinder Matrix
Each member on the team receives their own StrengthsFinder assessment and the team gets a matrix of the top 10 strengths mapped for all members of the team. This session gives a great dive into strengths and talks about how to leverage team members skill sets and passions to execute most effectively.
